Haynes, the Founders of No Loc Records
bring many skills to the company. The Proprietors
are professional recording and performing artists
with over twenty-five years experience each in
the field of music. Their training and skills include
accomplished musicians, vocalists, song-writing,
composing, audio technicians, recording studio
engineering, producing and teaching.
Business Administration is also a strong area in
which the founders are knowledgeable and experienced.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Haynes are educated in business
management and accounting. Together they have created,
organized and operated the Administrative Offices
of a local church here in San Diego, California.
It is a highly efficient and professional office,
fully staffed and consistent in being a prime example
of excellence in administration.
John W. Haynes has been Pastor and CEO with his
wife Jacqueline Haynes as Executive Assistant since
founding their church eighteen years ago while maintaining
other employment. Their knowledge and skill in both
the music industry and in business administration
are just two of the elements that make a good combination
for a successful record label.
On a personal note, the owners are originally from
Wisconsin. They have been happily married for 28
years and have 5 children ages 12 through 18; three
boys and 2 girls. They have resided in San Diego
for 21 years. Previously Mr. Haynes worked as a drafter
for an engineering firm. Mrs. Haynes worked as a
medical Assistant and optometry/ophthalmology assistant. The Haynes’ vision for their company is to
become a major force in the gospel music industry.
Winning awards of excellence for its artists, its
positive influence in the community and its contributions
to the performing arts through music is just one
of the goals of No Loc records. |
